Delegates are invited to join an exclusive guided tour of Flinders Adelaide Container Terminal (FACT), hosted by Flinders Port Holdings. This behind-the-scenes visit offers an insight into one of South Australia’s key maritime logistics hubs, including its operations, infrastructure, and future development plans.

The tour is free for AMPI Adelaide Conference delegates and their guests, with transport provided to and from the Hilton.

Time Activity
8:45 AM Guests gather in the Hilton Adelaide lobby for check-in.
9:00 AM Bus departs The Hilton for Outer Harbor (approx. 45-minute journey).
9:45 AM Arrive at Flinders Adelaide Container Terminal (Gate 2 entrance). Tour guide boards the bus for the on-site tour.
9:45 – 10:45 AM Guided tour of FACT facilities.
11:00 AM Bus departs FACT.
11:45 AM Return to Hilton Adelaide.

Important information regarding identification: All participants must present a physical, government-issued ID (e.g. driver’s licence or passport) to security before entering the port. Attendees without valid ID will not be permitted to join the tour. IDs will be checked by Hannah Davis (Flinders Port Holdings) at the Hilton prior to departure.
